Remote Sales Manager, Southern Cluster

About the role:

Developing a remote selling channel through Inside Sales is a key multidivisional initiative across EMEA. Our ambition is to deliver exceptional customer experience by building and nurturing strong remote relationships while accelerating growth in currently underpenetrated segments.

 

The Remote Sales Manager, Southern Cluster will develop and execute the go-to-market inside sales strategy and build a high-performing Remote Sales function across the business. This leader will partner closely with divisional leaders and key stakeholders to unlock organic growth opportunities and optimize account coverage. The role reports to the EMEA Remote Sales Director and directly leads Remote Sales Representatives across the Southern Cluster.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Enable and develop a high-performing Remote Sales function across the Southern & Eastern Cluster.
  • Implement a structured management operating cadence across the team and key stakeholders.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and service-level agreements in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and drive organic growth opportunities, including lift-and-shift initiatives across the function.
  • Implement and lead a robust sales process, including regular performance reviews and pipeline management.
  • Conduct weekly sales reviews by leveraging Sales Cloud (CRM) and Tableau to analyze customer-level performance, franchise mix and sales activities to drive growth.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop Remote Sales Representatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Drive implementation and adoption of technology platforms within the team to maximize efficiency and performance.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships within a matrix organization to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Present remote sales models to internal stakeholders and facilitate successful implementation.
  • Lead change initiatives and guide teams through transformation with clarity and focus.
  • Influence divisional stakeholders to optimize processes, account selection, target setting and best practices in leveraging Inside Sales.

 

What are we looking for in you:

  • Previous experience in sales leadership or sales management roles, leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Previous experience in an Inside Sales environment, preferably in a regulated one as healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical.
  • Experience working within a matrix management structure.
  • Experience coaching and motivating teams to deliver strong business results.
  • Experience using CRM systems and inside sales tools.
  • Fluent in English, any additional European language is considered a plus.
  • Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead projects and drive change effectively.
  • Experience implementing best practices in an Inside Sales supervisory function.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of drive, resilience and tenacity.
