Sales Operations Analyst Peripheral Interventions 1-year Temporary Role

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Data Analyst and play a crucial role in transforming insightful data into meaningful actions that shape our commercial contracting and sales strategies. Your expertise in developing and maintaining advanced tools and processes will drive local adoption and optimize key business decisions, ultimately enhancing our pricing, profitability, and ROI.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compiling, analyzing and reporting monthly, quarterly and annually sales data
  • Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams
  • Maintain deal models and scenario analyses related to the overall Commercial Contracting/Sales strategy and the offered programs
  • Complete ad-hoc and routine analytical requests to drive profitable deals and support the Commercial Organization in commercial decision-making (incl. regular reports on GPO / selected customers’ performance, customer P&Ls, deal modelling, waterfalls and other tools to assist in negotiation planning and preparation, customer forecasts in support of AOP, strategic planning and individual objective-setting)
  • Support in driving client commitment and contract compliance by building, maintaining and updating appropriate tools and ensuring a regular review process throughout the life of the deal
  • Supporting regular updates of the relevant Commercial Contracting/Sales KPI measurements, support the QBR process, contribute to the development of Leadership Team presentations and any other business review tools
  • Develop, maintain and update any other systems and tools. Train and support business partners in the use of the developed tools, reports and analyses
  • Liaise with program delivery teams at an operational and local level to monitor implementation and report issues

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical role, demonstrating an analytical mindset and effective business partnering with diverse teams across the EMEA territory.
  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a scientific field.
  • Languages:
    • Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Tableau, Simulators, KPI development, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
    • Experience with in-house developed systems and tools.
  • Background:
    • Open to candidates from various sectors with a strong analytical background.
