Tender Intern, Peripheral Interventions

The Tender Intern within the Italian Peripheral Interventions (PI) Department will give support to the Commercial Contracting Manager, Clinical and Sales Reps in the preparation and submission of Tenders, Offers and contracts in both Public and Private healthcare sector and will also help in the Customer's pricing management.
 
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Support in the preparation of contracts and offers for medical devices and services according to the Company procedures & guidelines, to the Customer specifications and to the Italian Law (Codice degli Appalti).
  • Accurate and timely submission of all the assigned tasks.
  • Collaboration with the Sales Team to identify the best Customer proposal leveraging products, services and solutions available.
  • Collaboration with all the functions in charge for the preparation of technical and administrative documents needed for tenders and contracts submission.
  • Daily use of the software tools available for tenders/offers/contracts preparation.
  • Support in the tender analysis and follow-up to the Commercial Contracting Manager.

 
What Are We Looking for in You:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law/Legal Studies or Life Science studies;
  • Analytical problem solver;
  • Capable of using and understand Legal jargon;
  • High attention to details and preciseness;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Used to work under pressure and with tight deadlines;
  • Excellent team building skills;
  • Familiar with software tools like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Good level of English (B2 level or higher), Spanish knowledge is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the Italian Tenders Law (Codice degli Appalti) is a plus.
