About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dynamics CRM developer that will be responsible for the successful deployment and continuous architectural evolution of an enterprise scale Dynamics CRM solution in the Health Care industry. This position will be primarily focused on managing our release pipeline for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions but will also include development, architectural input and guidance as it pertains to new Microsoft Dynamics 365 roadmap technologies and improvements. You will also work closely with our development and our DevOps teams to automate deployments and continuously improve our Dynamics lifecycle management. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, enterprise level design, and quality product is essential.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work across multiple project teams to plan the release windows and deployment activities across all Dynamics CRM development solutions and associated integration components
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality
  • Participate in the Development and maintenance of web-based applications and interfaces using standard Microsoft technologies including Dynamics CRM/Power Platform, C#, Web services and Azure components such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps
  • Provide guidance and direction on the use of Dynamics CRM technologies in a forward-thinking nature
  • Incorporate automated unit and integration tests to promote a healthy Continuous Integration pipeline
  • Produce and maintain documentation such as designs and plans. The successful candidate will be expected to provide both technical and project leadership to other staff members.

Required qualifications:


  • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7+ years of overall software development experience
  • 3-5+ years of proven software development experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a target platform.
  • Experience in any of the following areas is also desired:
    • C# Microsoft development using the .NET Framework
    • REST API Web Service development
    • Dynamics release planning and Lifecycle management with Microsoft DevOps
    • Microsoft Azure Portal
    • Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations
  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines
  • Sr. Level experience in software configuration management and/or source code version control
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in agile, small-team environments to deliver enterprise level solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills with cross-functional teams comprised of business analysts, project managers, quality/regulatory specialists, business stakeholders, developers and testers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously when necessary.
