About the role:

As a Surgical Endoscopy Territory Manager (SE TM) at Boston Scientific, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue within your assigned territory to meet or exceed your sales targets. This field-based role is focused on delivering innovative Flexible Endoscopy solutions while cultivating strategic relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders. This TM will support the states of Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The ideal candidate will be based in the greater Minneapolis, MN area. 

 

You will call on a diverse range of healthcare professionals including Colorectal, Minimally Invasive, Bariatric, Hepatobiliary, and Thoracic Surgeons, as well as Pulmonologists. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to clinical excellence, procedural expertise, and strategic account development.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop monthly and quarterly strategic plans designed to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company’s mission and priorities
  • Build and maintain sustainable strategic relationships in key accounts by training, educating, and selling innovative technologies
  • Drive sales revenue to exceed divisional objectives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Boston Scientific products, programs, and competitive landscape
  • Uphold all quality policies consistently and completely within the sales organization
  • Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations and corporate policies, 100% of the time

 

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant business or clinical setting
  • Proven clinical excellence within the applicable disease states
  • Documented track record of sales success

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Gastroenterology and/or Pulmonary Endoscopy
  • Direct sales experience in Flexible Endoscopy
  • Demonstrated success expanding surgical call points within a territory
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • History of top 10% performance in key competencies

Initial minimum compensation for this position is anticipated to start at $113,096.00 inclusive of annualized base salary, certain guarantees, and other non-discretionary performance-based incentives. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business considerations or organizational needs.
