About the role:

The Clinical Data Coordinator (CDC) performs administrative tasks as part of the clinical project process and works with clinical project teams to support the completion of clinical trial documentation processes, budgets, contracts, and device management (if applicable).

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Complete and maintain the Study Master File Index (SMFI)
  • Coordinate all translations
  • Receive and process required regulatory, legal, and financial documentation to ensure successful study start-up at clinical sites and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) conduct throughout the study following Work Instructions (WI). Manage study and site document archives (paper and/or electronic) as required
  • Receive core trial documents from all clinical functions and file in accordance with the SMFI
  • Assemble and distribute mass communications (e.g., Manual of Operations, Study Tools, Newsletters, Annual Reports)
  • Reconcile site training files. Monitor and report project-specific training compliance
  • Manage study, site, and contact information on appropriate tool
  • Manage site, vendor, and physician contracts to process invoices and payments as required by the project teams


What we’re looking for in you:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree with at least 4 years’ experience in an administrative role 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions in a quality environment
  • Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently with high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) in an effective and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • Work experience in an administrative role in the healthcare industry supporting one or more project teams
  • Experience working with computerized systems related to document retention and/or clinical trial management (e.g., Windchill, Veeva)
  • Experience working with payment processing systems (e.g., SAP Ariba)
  • Self-motivated and able to work comfortably in both an office and at-home setting
