About the Role
The Senior Global Product Manager for the prolapse franchise is the primary owner of our top growth products, Upsylon Y-mesh, Capio and other adjacent products to treat pelvic organ prolapse.   The Sr. PM plays a key role in setting the franchise vision and strategy based on their expert knowledge of market, competition and global trends.

This person is an experienced marketer and demonstrates strength in general franchise management, product life cycle management, operates independently, requiring minimal supervision developing and executing key franchise strategies. The position will involve primarily downstream marketing however may include some upstream marketing initiatives, providing the opportunity to manage and help influence all aspects of the portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Serve as commercial marketing lead for Upsylon, Capio and other prolapse treatment solutions while working with other pelvic floor product managers to develop commercial program strategies as well as execute these programs with the field and global marketing partners to drive franchise growth
  • Develops and executes high-quality marketing plans, value propositions, positioning, customer targeting, pricing strategies, branding strategy, evidence strategy, etc. for products
  • Creation of market specifications and financial models for the annual operating plan as well as other portfolio strategies.  
  • Plan strategies and tactics for high impact events such as society meetings, symposiums/webinars, and other physician and sales related events
  • Develops franchise forecasts for supply chain as well as overall revenue planning
  • Cross-functional leadership; and being viewed as subject matter expert (SME) for assigned products 
  • Creates relationships and strategic partnerships with physician thought leaders to execute critical franchise & business initiatives.  
  • Develops deep understanding of competitors and leads competitive action plans to help position franchise 
  • Demonstrates command of clinical literature and knowledge. 


  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in downstream and/or upstream marketing
  • Experience managing products that are medically/clinically oriented; medical device experience preferred
  • Experience creating impactful commercial marketing plans, developing value propositions, positioning, and targeting, as well as business case opportunities
  • New product or program launch experience a plus, not required
  • Ability to listen to physician/customer needs and prioritize needs and effectively communicate them to key cross functional partners 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to present to peers as well as executive management
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and foster constructive relationships with key internal and external customers.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to handle the stresses of domestic travel of 15% or more as well as potential for some international travel
  • High level of business acumen, strategy creation, and executional excellence
  • Prior experience medical device or urology/gynecology a plus
