The Urology & Pelvic team are looking to add a Sr. Project Lead - Labeling to the  team.

 

  • Project/Program Management: Manages key initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing activities; develops (with assistance) and implements a project plan; builds team ownership and commitment to project plan.
  • Process Management: leads team to complete activities to current policies and practices to produce and release product labeling deliverables required in support of Sustaining or New Product Development projects.
  • Communications and Reviews: Responsible for team and cross-functional communications; liaison between the team and the project core teams; leads (with assistance) phase and business reviews, project meeting minutes, issues log, metrics, and other key communications.
  • People Management: Manages small cross-functional development teams (with assistance); leads teams effectively; provides input to functional managers on team and team member performance.
  • Product/Technology Management: Develops labeling strategies based on regulatory, marketing, and technical requirements and features. Works with Product Labeling team to identify and mitigate technical challenges associated with deliverables, identifies, communicates, and manages low levels of technical risk.
  • Continuous Improvement: works with peers and managers to improve department processes and drive efficiency.

 

What we’re looking for:

 

Basic Qualifications

  • BA degree or higher
  • Demonstrated experience planning, managing, and completing projects Leading, energizing, and coaching cross-functional teams
  • Experience leading a technical effort
  • Experience in MS Project

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • PMP certification or significant progress towards a PMP certification
  • Experience with Agile project management tools and techniques
  • Experience with medical device product labeling
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (i.e. Military, community volunteer activities, leadership role (preferably in Medical Devices)).
  • Project / Process Experience: New Product Development (NPD), commercialization, Acquisitions, Capital Equipment/Service, Quality System/Regulation and/or Technology development
  • Understand and present project financials
  • Lead teams through challenges
  • Influences and motivates others over whom they have no direct control or authority
  • Communication: ability to effectively interface with Sr. Management
  • Customer: direct customer facing experience, solid understanding of customer’s business process and environment
