About the Role:

This role will work on the Urology Sales Compensation team supporting compensation of over 250 US sales representatives. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with high performing teams across sales strategy, field training, finance, and compensation as well as interact directly with our field sales teams at all levels. 

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will develop, design and generate sales incentive compensation plans and territorial sales quotas for all field sales personnel.  In this role you will manage the administration of sales compensation plans and employment agreements and will be accountable to ensuring the accuracy of all compensation data such as: employee data, revenue performance, account alignments, compensation rates, etc.  The Senior Analyst will develop analyses to measure effectiveness of incentives and territory design.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing monthly/quarterly commission and bonus payment process
  • Processing and reporting of compensation, revenue and quota adjustments
  • Ensure accuracy of commission plans and payment calculations within the Anaplan Compensation Model
  • Assisting sales team with sales compensation questions and concerns
  • Design and Execute product focus promotions and contests
  • Field Sales awards programs development, execution and process improvement
  • Assist COE, reporting, and compensation teams to enhance and modify sales compensation systems
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements enhancing and modifying compensation tools
  • Assist in audits of compensation payments and processes

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working sales operations, sales support and/or related analytical experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word - ability to access databases, cross reference and data validation, basic formula understanding
  • Ability to work independently, detail oriented but can manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tableau, Anaplan software experience and Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Must be a team player and be able to work with a positive attitude in the fast paced world of sales.  Individual should be able to build long lasting relationships with key contacts at all levels of the sales and BSC organization
  • Individual should be able to balance short-term urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives
  • Medical Device experience preferred
