Purpose Statement

Sells and promotes company products within a defined geographic territory by developing new accounts and expanding usage of company products by current accounts in an effort to meet a sales quota based on company sales goals and to directly increase sales revenue of the company.

What we are looking for in you

  • Bachelor’s degree and sales experience (3 to 5 years at least).
  • At least 3 or 5 years of experience working with key accounts (Distributors).
  • English (B2 or above) spoken and written.
  • This position requires 60% to 70% of travel.
  • Proven analytical, planning, and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executes territory sales plans and strategy in line with the Business Unit Strategy to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers.
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Responsible for looking for opportunities to increase share in North Territory (Nuevo León, Coahuila, Chihuahua, Durango and Tamaulipas)
  • Develops and executes action plans for each customer based on customer business plans.
  • Delivers sales and distribution targets in the territory (Top Distributors are going to be their principal accounts).
  • Coordinates with the back-office team (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc..) to resolve customer requests.
  • Executes key account plans to develop different therapies in collaboration with the Field Clinical Specialist of the territory.
  • Negotiate and process customer orders to achieve quota.
