About the role:

Clinical Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Urology Technician to support our commercial and clinical activities within the Urology business. This role will play a critical part in procedure support, customer engagement, inventory management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Education/Training Role:
• Assist in the development of the training plans/materials. This includes but is not limited to: hands-on training such as simulated procedures and SIM models, as well as training materials development and preparation.
• Educate and train physicians in all Urology therapies, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters relating to the company products by conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one training sessions, in-service education programs, and seminars and/or outside symposiums. Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and procedural support during Urology cases and product demonstrations.
• Support physicians, nurses, and hospital staff with product handling and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate logistics and inventory management for consignment and procedure support.
• Ensure product availability and readiness for scheduled procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and product utilization.
• Support Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists in account development activities.
• Assist with customer training sessions and educational workshops.
• Build strong professional relationships with physicians, nurses, biomedical personnel, and purchasing teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Position based in Monterrey, with responsibility for Nuevo León, Coahuila, Tamaulipas, Chihuahua, and Durango. Travel within the assigned territory is required.

Required Qualifications: MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in endoscopy, operating room support, medical devices, or healthcare environments preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced clinical environments.
• Problem-solving attitude and high sense of urgency.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• English proficiency preferred.
• Availability to travel locally when required.
• Required flexibility, agility, and occasional off-schedule availability (weekends).
