Key Responsibilities
- Develops quarterly plans designed to achieve revenue targets.
- Clinical excellence in respective disease states.
- Build sustainable business relationships.
- Drive sales revenue to exceed division priorities.
- Define and develop new business opportunities that clearly reflect the company's vision and priorities.
- Build and maintain sustainable strategic relationships in key accounts.
- Stay current on BSC products / programs / competitive knowledge.
- Focused individual committed to building trusting relationships with key physicians and nurses by training, educating and selling them on our cutting-edge technologies.
- Must uphold all of the quality policies outlined within sales structure consistently and completely.
- Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or sciences and at least 3 years of medical device and capital equipment sales experience.
- Track record of quota attainment selling large deals to high-level decision-makers.
- Existing relationships within the healthcare hospital industry/ KOLs’
- Understanding of how to respond to complex tenders.
- Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet objectives.
- Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills.
- Solid understanding of healthcare and regulatory requirements and issues.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
- Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management including CFO, CIO, CEO, CMO.
- A solid understanding of the patient monitoring market; including trends, technologies, products, and players.
- Clinical aptitude in cardiopulmonary, critical care, and cardiovascular surgery medicine.
