The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving division targets in line with Boston Scientific (BSC) business priorities, values, and ethical standards. The role will be based in Nagpur and will cover Nagpur, Amravati, and Aurangabad regions.

The role will require strong clinical knowledge, and prior experience in Gastroenterology or the Endoscopy industry will be preferred. The Territory manager will have a clear understanding of BSC products, programs, quality systems, and competitor offerings. The Territory manager will regularly engage with hospitals and office-based settings through customer visits, product demonstrations, clinical training, in-services, and procedure observations to support safe and effective therapy adoption.

A key focus will be building and sustaining long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, hospital infection control teams, and materials management, in alignment with BSC’s patient-centric approach. The Territory manager will also develop and maintain strategic relationships in key accounts to drive sustainable business growth for Boston Scientific.

The Territory Manager will prepare and execute quarterly business plans to meet or exceed revenue goals while following BSC’s pricing, contracting, and compliance guidelines. The role will demand integrity, professionalism, and strict adherence to Boston Scientific’s Code of Conduct, Quality Policy, and all documented quality processes. Patient safety and product quality will remain the highest priorities in all actions.

The position will require strong planning and organizational skills to manage daily activities effectively. The Territory manager will work under general directions, will use sound judgment in line with BSC policies, and will apply business and technical knowledge to solve problems of moderate complexity. Collaboration with internal BSC cross-functional teams and external stakeholders will be essential, always using tact and professionalism.

The role will involve contributing to Boston Scientific departmental goals, supporting projects, and occasionally guiding less experienced team members. Decisions and recommendations will be well considered, as errors may require moderate resources to correct.
