Key Responsibilities

• Performing service activities such as the maintenance, modification, recalibration and repair of Boston Scientific's Capital Equipment and accessories in the Field and in house.

• Performing service activities such as the maintenance, modification, recalibration and repair of third party capital equipment distributed by Boston Scientific in the field and in house.

• Reporting all service activities on dedicated formularies.

• Responsible for monitoring, organizing and maintaining personal trunk stock and assisting the ILAB Engineer with maintaining the ILAB area and spare parts.

• Responsible for customer satisfaction on BSC equipment and BSC service.

• Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
