Your Service Delivery Responsibilities will include:

  • Management of Reporting, its publication, delivery, run support and maintenance.
  • Prioritize, plan, and deliver reporting or analytic tools to customers per agreed service level agreements.
  • Designing views, creating optimum data models, data structures and development of best in class dashboards in Tableau/ visualization platforms to provide financial support / and analysis to Senior leadership to drive efficient spending & long-term growth
  • Continuous focus on enhancements, process improvements and automation to optimize efficiency and accuracy
  • Stakeholder partnering to understand the report requirement.
  • May serve as a team member or project lead depending on project requirement
  • Accountable for technical issue resolution including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds, and defect resolution.
  • Coordination of activities across different functions to support the growing organization.
  • Provides on-going user assistance and support for dashboards.
  • Ensure Data Quality and Data Governance
  • Implement Quality requirements in all aspects of report development process.
  • Determines and develops the best approach to solutions
  • Work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting objectives.
  • Creates immediate to mid-range plans to carry out CoE’s objectives.
  • Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet and comply quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific


Professional Qualification & Experience

What We’re Looking for:

Minimum Qualifications-

  • Chartered Accountant/ MBA from Tier 1 B-Schools with 7 - 10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytics, financial modeling and reporting skills
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and other financial systems viz. SAP, SAP BW, S/4Hana. Hyperion, Ariba (minimum two)
  • Advance MS Office Excel
  • Strong communication skill is desired
  • Strong knowledge and experience in MS SQL and SSIS/SSRS is mandatory
  • Knowledge in VB macros, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, R System (minimum one) will be an added advantage (Any one is mandatory)
  • Relevant experience of a minimum period of 5 years in multinational company / Healthcare Industry / manufacturing set up in Management Reporting carries weightage

Open to work on different shifts depending on process requirement (Operation window- 2.30am-10.30pm IST)
