Purpose Statement

 

As part of this role, you will be expected to engage in day-to-day internal compliance related requirements arising out of various agreements and other documents supporting various business transactions. The core objective of this role is to work as team member of IRF Administrator COE team to submit transactions for approval.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and collate documentation and process submission as per policies.
  • Detail oriented and ability to manage and track documentation.
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to manage expectations.
  • Expected to manage relationships with business stakeholders within ANZ and APAC region, especially within sales, marketing and compliance function.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to shift patterns and hours of working from time to time.
Essential Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of administrative experience in a quality control environment
  • Basic degree in Finance/ Accountancy/Business studies
  • Attention to detail
  • Good business acumen and problem-solving ability.
  • Pragmatic, flexible and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve, self- starter.
  • Proficient in excel
  • Experience in working in a global environment.
  • Ready to work in early APAC timings (7.00 am onwards).
  • Foster a diverse workplace and participates as team player.
  • Exposure and experience of transition of activities.
Policy Involvement

Administers and executes policies and procedures that typically affect individual subordinate employees. Develops and/or identifies new work processes and the improved utilization of human and material resources within the assigned area or related departments.

Operations Involvement/Direct Work Involvement

Monitors daily operations of a unit and actively assists or provides direction to subordinates, as required. Investigates and solves basic problems that impact work processes and personnel within a unit or department. May perform, especially in staff or professional groups, ongoing operational tasks of organizational units.

Project Involvement

May participate in department project teams.

Liaison

Frequently interacts on internal basis with subordinates and supervisors at equivalent level or one level higher. Communication normally involves specific phases of a project or operation.  External contacts are infrequent and involve routine matters, such as the exchange or presentation of factual information.
