Salesforce CDP - Tech Lead

 

Overview:

  • Highly skilled and motivated individual is responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that drive the marketing and sales teams to utilize the full functionality of the Salesforce Customer Data Platform
  • Lead the solution and execution of advanced configuration/development activities across the full suite of Salesforce CDP modules based on business requirements
  • Subject Matter Expert for everything architecture related for a global CDP rollout
  • Implement and maintain Architecture best practices

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8.5 to 11 years of Technical / Development Experience.
  • Salesforce.com Certifications good to have (not mandatory) - ADM 201, ADM 211, PD1, Marketing Cloud Admin
  • Experience with Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP) or Any other CDP Platform for 2 to 4 years at least.
  • Experience with Data Architecture and Designing, Data Modelling, Data Analytics & Data Unification processes
  • Very good proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, jQuery is a must.
  • Reasonable Understanding and Experience on Sales & Marketing Cloud capabilities
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing business functions.
  • Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with Jira and other Atlassian tools for agile lifecycle management. Additionally, familiar with quality assurance and documentation practices within software development.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Provides feasibility analysis of solutions on the Salesforce CDP platform
  • Implementation and Configuration on the Salesforce CDP platform
  • Development of features and capabilities on the Salesforce CDP platform
  • Follow Coding Standards and Best Practices
  • Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical and Debugging skills
  • Data Preparation for Unit Testing
  • Unit Test Case preparation, Unit Testing, Bug fixing
  • Implementation and Configuration for Interfaces/Integrations
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and Fix Bugs.
  • Deployment to Different Environments including Production using Best Practices
  • Process and Quality compliance
  • Drives effort estimation or story pointing of business requirements
  • Supports and strengthens technical knowledge base across the Salesforce CDP and Marketing Cloud program
