Purpose:
The job requires a self-motivated individual having more than 8 years of experience in the software development and support. Class-II and Class-III medical devices support process and CRM Domain knowledge will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
The individual should be a team player who is willing to collaborate and should have strong communication skills.
- Generate reports for product data requests from various stakeholders such as Research, Quality, Technical Services, and Marketing.
- Troubleshoot issues reported against fielded product releases in all supported Geographies
- Provide on-call support during product release launches
- Strictly follow BSC procedure to adhere to all applicable quality standards and SOPs required for the design, development and testing of medical device SW and reporting of PHI data
- Provide support to the Investigators and Clinical research team members in collecting long-term follow-up data for study participants.
- Extract clinical data from data sources, plan, execute, and distribute quantitative reports and analyses by performing query resolution, data reconciliation and reporting.
- Design and develop new features or modify existing features for the Remote Patient Management platform alongside the team in at BSC Gurgaon, India and St.Paul, MN.
- Write automated unit tests and web-based integration tests using JUnit, Selenium, Jeb and Spock.
- Participate in daily stand up meetings and other SCRUM meetings such as sprint planning, retrospective and reviews.
- Perform peer reviews of design, code, UT and IT artifacts.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent (BE, B Tech, MCA, MSc).
- Proficient in Java 1.8 or higher (5+ years of experience using Java/J2EE)
- Proficient in J2EE technologies (JSPs, Servlets, JPA etc.)
- In depth knowledge of database concepts along with proficiency in writing queries using SQL/PL SQL against Oracle databases
- Experience creating user interfaces (UI) using React/Redux, Webpack, JQuery, Angular, Html, JavaScript (ECMA-5 and 6) and CSS (2 and 3), experience with CSS processor tools a bonus
- Experience using frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate
- Experience using test frameworks such as JUnit, Geb, Spock
- Experience writing automated integration tests using frameworks like Selenium or Appium
- Experience using IDEs such as Eclipse, IntelliJ etc.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
