Role Summary:

Support the region in achieving its goals and objectives by:

• Develop and implement annual marketing programs as per plan and budget, consistent with the overall franchise goals and marketing strategy.

• Plan and implement Regional/National/International workshops, KBL/KOL engagement initiatives, CME Initiatives, HCP Training programs in accordance to UCMPMD & other guidelines set. 

• Establish effective working relationship with KBL/KOL’s in the field; Identify key Physician champions for the region; Assist in coordinating Physician symposiums and participation in main customer events/congress.

• Conduct analysis of competitor activities, customer needs, technology and infrastructure, therapy adoption etc. relevant to product line in-country

• Lead execution of marketing plans for portfolio, coordinate with internal functions and external service providers, monitor on ground execution of programs/ conferences/ events/ promotions etc., troubleshoot, ensure the right set of metrics are in place for tracking success & determine corrective action in line with goals, provide timely and accurate MIS.

Must work in close alliance with Core Marketing team.

 

Qualification, Experience and Characteristics:

 

 

3-5 years of experience in CRM business along with exposure to marketing/programs experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences/ Medical devices/ Pharmaceutical industry

The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be familiar with the tools and skills required for undertaking the designated activities.
