Your responsibilities will include:
- The position serves as a field-based marketing representative responsible for market development objectives in strategic geographies and accounts.
- Will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work with local sales and sales management teams to execute key strategies for market growth.
- A field-based TAM is responsible for developing strategic relationships with referring neurologists, key patient support groups, advocacy groups, and helping to educate patients and providers about DBS therapy.
- The Therapy Awareness Manager will operate within a defined area, providing clinical education to patients and referrers, and serving as a primary resource market development strategy and execution.
- Develop strategies to partner with key accounts and organizations for patient outreach.
- Develop strategic relationships with key community neurology groups.
- Execute key strategies set by sales and marketing leadership team.
- Develop and execute therapy awareness programs.
- Explore and validate potential new call-points.
- Identify new business development opportunities as they arise.
- Utilize both in-person and virtual avenues to support patient and customer events.
What we’re looking for in you:
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant sales and/or marketing experience within the medical device industry; Neurology and/or Deep Brain Stimulation experience preferred.
Preferred qualifications:
- Call points of neurology and key DBS implanting centers.
- Working knowledge of DBS products or other neurosurgical technologies/applications.
- Passion for patient care and for advancing movement disorder technologies.
