Clinical Sales Representative – Coronary Therapy
Location: Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige, Friuli-Venezia Giulia
Preference: Based in Padova, Verona or Vicenza

About the Role
The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) provides clinical support to assigned accounts at a territory or regional level. Activities are driven by account planning (T1 & T2), customer needs, and the BSC sales process aimed at securing the next case.
Key Focus: Approximately 80–90% Clinical and 10–20% Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support medical personnel and field staff during procedures after thorough training.
- Contribute to the annual strategic plan by providing RSM and Marketing with detailed business intelligence (market trends, opportunities, competitive landscape, and stakeholder insights).
- Assist AMs in developing local educational activities, understanding customer needs, engaging HCPs, and introducing/expanding the use of BSC technologies.
- Support AM in managing and monitoring consignments within accounts.
- Collaborate with AM and Marketing to manage tender documentation.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Support RSM in understanding account needs and expectations to facilitate strategy development.
- Act as a competent contact and consultant for medical management and staff.
- Identify and report sales opportunities arising from clinical support; assist AM and RSM in clinical selling based on insights gathered.
- Deliver education support and maintain market share through excellent product in-servicing, evaluations, and continuous procedural education.
- Attend and actively participate in customer, company, and industry-sponsored events and meetings.
- Gather information on upcoming tenders and negotiation opportunities based on clinical support.
- Develop and implement proactive service support plans with RSM and team members to enhance customer service quality.
- Perform procedural training, provide clinical support, and manage clinical evaluations to secure BSC market share.
- Provide periodic updates to the Sales Force and Commercial Contracting organization.
Travel & Work Conditions
- Extensive travel across assigned geographies; overnight stays may be required.
- Field-based position with flexibility in working hours.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in clinical and case support for medical devices.
- Education: Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferred: Experience in coronary therapy.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic marketplace.
- Comfortable working remotely and traveling extensively as required.
