Field Clinical Specialist, Neuromodulation (Triveneto & Marche)
About the Role
The Field Clinical Specialist (FCS) provides technical and educational support to assigned accounts at a territory level. Activities are driven by customer demand and scheduled support needs. The core focus is case coverage, while using clinical expertise to influence optimal adoption of the full portfolio.
Territory to cover: Northeastern Italy (Triveneto) and Marche region, with availability to travel across Northern Italy if needed; the ideal candidate will be based in Padova or Verona.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
· Provide clinical field support, including case coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow‑up for company products.
· Work in response to customer demand and planned support requirements.
· Attend cases in person and advise physicians on product attributes and techniques.
· Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation related to device procedures.
· Support the team in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Develop a deep understanding of hospital workflows and establish strong relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through conversations, meetings, conferences) to expand contacts across departments and identify key decision makers.
· Respond to complex customer needs and product‑related issues by developing effective solutions, or collaborating with internal teams (sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support).
· Document customer activities and information in the company CRM and use the system for alignment with other commercial roles.
· Provide training and education on product use to customers and hospital staff.
What We Are Looking For:
· Degree in Biomedical Engineering (preferred), Radiology Techniques, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or similar.
· Full proficiency Italian and good English level.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
· 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in the operating room is considered a plus.
· Based ideally in Padova or Verona (Veneto).
