Purpose Statement

 

This role will support sales and marketing initiatives in the Philippines organization, as well as support general office management, through activities including but not limited to documentation, logistics management, event organization. This individual will be required to collaborate with various functions within Philippines and across the region in order to enable the organization to meet business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support sales and marketing activities in the organization
  • Communicates proactively to key stakeholders. Serves as main point of contact/liaison for key activities/initiatives both internally and externally
  • Tracks, manages and maintains budgets and spending. Ensures cost-saving measures and spending within allocated amount. Ability to work resourcefully within budgets
  • Directs and initiates solutions in support of continuous improvement
  • Coordinates projects/assignments of broader scope, independently seeking appropriate internal and external resources as necessary such as: Assembling and distributing materials; Compiling and/or tracking data; Verifying the accuracy of data collected.
  • Makes decisions within established guidelines regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling of work.
  • Manage work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with relevant individuals in an appropriate manner.
  • In all actions with HCPs, demonstrates a primary commitment to compliant behavior with documented processes and procedures
  • Performs general office related administrative duties that may include, coordinating meetings/appointments, ordering/maintaining supplies, arranging travel

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a similar role in medical devices and/or corporate environment is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Concur.
  • Positive working attitude with pleasant personality.
  • Resilient and ability to adapt to fast paced environment.
  • Good written and spoken in English communication skills, withstrong communication and multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and prepare materials with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, energetic, creative and problem-solving thinker, able to exercise sound judgment
