Location: Ideally Nantes
We are looking for a FCS supervisor to lead a team of six clinical specialists and support the growth of our cardiology portfolio, with a strong focus on rhythm management. This role combines clinical expertise, physician training, and field leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Train physicians on products, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide in‑lab clinical support and assist newly trained doctors during initial cases.
- Act as a clinical expert, answering medical, technical, and procedural questions.
- Support market development by identifying new accounts and participating in joint field visits.
- Deliver sales training and collaborate with regional/international training teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with national KOLs.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and proper handling of customer issues.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 clinical professionals.
Candidate Profile
- Biomedical engineering degree
- Experience in the health sector is required
- First experience in cardiology; rhythm management preferred
- Initial experience in team management
- Ability to support cardiologists in the operating room and during patient consultations
- Strong collaboration with the RSM to execute field strategy
- Fluent in French and good knowledge in English
