FCS Supervisor – Cardiology (Ideally based in Nantes)

Join a company shaping the future of cardiac care. We are seeking an FCS Supervisor to lead a team of six talented clinical specialists and drive the expansion of our cardiology portfolio, with a strong emphasis on rhythm management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of clinical excellence, physician education, and field leadership.

You will be a key ambassador for our technologies, supporting physicians in the cath lab, elevating clinical practice, and empowering your team to deliver best‑in‑class support. Your leadership will directly influence patient outcomes and the growth of our rhythm management business.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Train physicians on products, procedures, and clinical best practices.
  • Provide expert in‑lab support and guide newly trained doctors through their first cases.
  • Serve as a trusted clinical reference for medical, technical, and procedural questions.
  • Contribute to market development by identifying new opportunities and joining field visits.
  • Deliver impactful sales training and collaborate with regional and international training teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national KOLs.
  • Ensure compliance, quality, and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of six clinical professionals, fostering excellence and engagement.

Your Profile

  • Degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
  • First experience in cardiology; rhythm management exposure is a strong advantage.
  • Initial experience in team leadership or mentoring.
  • Ability to support cardiologists both in the operating room and during consultations.
  • Strong partnership mindset with the RSM to execute field strategy.
  • Fluent in French with good working knowledge of English.
