Purpose

 

  • Principal Analyst, Operational Excellence, Customer Care Asia Pacific will be responsible for leading and implementing projects that drive operational efficiency and deliver customer centricity for customer care organizations across Asia Pacific.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional and/or cross-country projects related to customer care (e.g.: order to cash, field inventory management, etc.).
  • Partner with Global/Regional/Country leaders, including Global Customer Care, Global Business Services, Regional Supply Chain, Country Supply Chain, to proactively identify and prioritize operational improvement initiatives. 
  • Define project scope, develop realizable business case and ensure benefits are realized.
  • Conduct as-is assessment, gaps identification/where do we want to get to/how to get there, execute to-be state.
  • Develop and execute well-structured work plans, host project and governance meetings, communicate project status and handle project risks and challenges.
  • Build strategic relationship with internal and external stakeholders, drive cross-functional alignment and facilitate cultural change.
  • Develop and drive effective change management plans to achieve desired outcomes

 

Role requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree required from a reputable university. Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management. Functional knowledge of customer care processes and SAP is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of managing complex matrixed organizational structures and demonstrated capability in collaborating and influencing across such an organization
  • Proven adaptability, comfortable with change and with a demonstrated ability to react and respond to a fast-changing environment
  • Preferred locations: Singapore, Penang
