Business Systems Manager / Senior

Purpose Statement

The primary focus is complex analytical and IT/systems and applications support and project assignments, in support of plant-wide functions. Provide guidance and give work direction to others. Works under minimal supervision. Work may be done without established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead improvement programs and enhancements in Business Process as well as other plant functions.
• Build and maintain complex databases for ongoing analysis that are integrated and scalable.
• Has in-depth knowledge of systems and non-systems business processes within the plant e.g. SAP, MES, Primo, etc.,. Work with users to identify, diagnose and solve systems/process issues.
• Develop and administer technical skill assessments for systems (SAP and PC) to plant personnel to identify training needs.
• Design functional/systems/tools training and educational documentation for employees in all functions.
• Work with the users and global teams to define and test SAP reports, databases or other systems functionality and tools requested by plant groups.
• Acts as the primary liaison between personnel and global teams for ad-hoc request as well as participation on the relevant applications FRBs (Functional Review Boards)
• Works with global functional IT teams as well as across the plant network in the project prioritization process to set priorities, define user requirements specifications, create testing scenarios and successfully implement new IT projects, modules, enhancements and releases.
• Work collaboratively with the IS organization to ensure the delivery of new tools/reports in a timely manner. Prioritize projects and resources and manage to tight timelines.
• Ensure that the team can support the organization’s unique, complex ad-hoc requests for information in a timely manner with exceptional accuracy. Ability to understand complex supply chain planning processes and data flows and see the big picture is Essen.
• Manage, plan, direct, coordinate, monitor, and/or supervise business and program processes and operation systems and ensure the efficiency of business and related systems. Ensure that operational, procedural and regulatory requirements are met. 

Job Requirements:

• Candidate required process at least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information System or related.
• More than 10 years of working experience in manufacturing environment with minimal managerial role.
• Prefer candidate who has experience handling manufacturing system. 
• Skill: Experience in MES, SAP, Power BI, Dashboard.
