Indirect Sourcing Specialist II

Purpose Statement:

• Supports Global Sourcing / Purchasing functions. Providing both reports and ad hoc analysis whenever needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recommend the most appropriate and efficient method for the formation of strategic sourcing initiatives and process improvements.
• Source, RFQ, recommend and negotiate with vendors to optimize benefits and advantage to BSC.
• Resolve vendor disputes with an acceptable outcome for both vendor & BSC.
• Develop & compose bids specifications in addressing BSC needs, and organized & execute bidding processes with shortlisted vendors.
• Assist in the development of internal policies and tools necessary to implement strategic sourcing initiatives and prioritization.
• Provide periodic and ad hoc spend analysis reports.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking vendor performance through periodic financial reviews, product performance, customer satisfaction survey and outreach.
• Identify ongoing opportunities and approaches for streamlining analytical processes

Job Requirements:

• Candidate required process at least degree in related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in related field.
