Key Responsiblities:
- Follow the principles and tools of Lean to create a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop concepts, ideas and construct system/prototypes for improvement projects.
- Assist with analyzing problems and providing systemic solutions to resolve root causes and sustain improvements through metric and performance monitoring.
- Implement process improvement and service management opportunities with key functional supervisors and business owners with Essentials.
- Manage and work with project teams throughout the implementation and monitoring cycle to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable, sustainable results.
