Process Improvement - P1

Key Responsiblities:

• Follow the principles and tools of Lean to create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop concepts, ideas and construct system/prototypes for improvement projects.
• Assist with analyzing problems and providing systemic solutions to resolve root causes and sustain improvements through metric and performance monitoring.
• Implement process improvement and service management opportunities with key functional supervisors and business owners with Essentials.
• Manage and work with project teams throughout the implementation and monitoring cycle to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable, sustainable results.
