Senior Business Process Analyst, Commercial Excellence APAC

Purpose Statement

The Senior Business Process Analyst APAC, within the Regional Commercial Excellence function, supports the simplification, standardisation, and optimisation of commercial processes across APAC. This role combines traditional process analysis with elements of process engineering, including process documentation, workflow mapping, and enabling digital tools. The analyst partners closely with the Regional Business Process Lead, country SMEs, and digital enablement teams to deliver scalable, efficient processes aligned with APAC design principles.

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 
  • Conduct as-is mapping and current-state diagnostic of commercial processes
  • Support “to-be” design validation through workshops and documentation
  • Maintain and update SOPs, RACI charts, and process logic maps
  • Contribute to system enablement by translating process design into technical workflows (with BPL and Product Owners)
  • Participate in test case design, UAT, and post-go-live validation
  • Support data capture for performance metrics and process maturity assessments
  • Collaborate with change and training teams to ensure content reflects process reality
  • Identify and flag inefficiencies or opportunities for process improvement
 
 
Job Requirements
  • Possess Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 6 years experience in commercial operations, business process management, or related functions
  • Require minimum of 6 - 7 years in process improvement, operations, or business analysis and supported Commercial Excellence function 
  • Skilled in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
  • Knowledge of ERP or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and problem-solving mindset
  • Collaborative and comfortable engaging stakeholders across levels and geographies
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery or digital transformation projects a plus
  • Experience with Project Management, Change Management and Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
