Senior Total Rewards Analyst

About the role

Plan, research, develop and implement compensation and benefit policies and programs to support the attainment of business objectives.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Evaluate present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of compensation and benefit trends and/or vendor management to evaluate competitive position as it relates to the company's strategy

  • Use job evaluation process to determine job requirements and prepare market data analysis to determine compensation program assignment (pay structures, variable pay, equity)

  • Advise, educate and coach Human Resources and management on compensation and benefit programs and systems

  • Represent Total Rewards and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives

  • Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and benefit administration and recommend appropriate course of action

  • Respond to and resolve a variety of escalated compensation and benefits issues

  • May be responsible for health and welfare programs, capital accumulation, sales compensation, executive compensation and benefits, base pay and incentive plan administration.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum 8 ~ 10 years of progressive Total Rewards experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment.

  • Strong expertise in compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking, job evaluation, annual compensation cycles, and benefits management.

  • Experience supporting both manufacturing plant and commercial business populations.

  • Strong understanding of Total Rewards principles, market practices, and regulatory requirements across APAC.

  • Excellent knowledge of current labor laws and regulations within the APAC region.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large volumes of data and provide actionable insights.

  • Meticulous attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong customer orientation with a sense of urgency in responding to stakeholder needs.

  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms is an added advantage.
