Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for pipeline management to keep the areas organized and supported in their ability to meet goals.
  • Manages training and onboarding for new Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists on the team. (Salesforce App training) Supports and provides input to Initial Sales Training (IST), and national and corporate educational and marketing programs.
  • Owns an array of special projects for the areas you support. (i.e. Managing Inventory for expirations dates)
  • Maintains business metrics for the area to drive new business opportunities and helping the team reach and exceed sales revenue goals. Including, but not limited to Sales Tracking Scorecard, MBO tracking, Pending POS/Accounts Receivable.

 

What we are looking for in you:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of five years’ work experience in a sales and/or clinical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience using and training on SalesForce App
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage a large project portfolio across multiple territories.
  • Strong Analytical thinker able to translate business metrics into actionable outcomes to drive sales.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% in the area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA Medical device sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology or other science field.
