12 months contract. 

  • Works in line with Customer Care team to support achievement of sales growth to plan. Focus on customer support, order trouble shooting, problem solving, complaint handling and assist the sales force wherever needed.
  • Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Order management. Processing orders according to specific customer requirements, generating invoices and credit memos, standard deliveries , free of charge deliveries, returns etc.
  • Monitor the complete delivery processes (e.g. Distribution Center and/or carrier).
  • Arrange special deliveries on request.
  • Reply to ad hock questions from customers and Sales division managers related to orders, payments etc.
  • Handle service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives.


What are we looking for in you?

  • Fluent English  and Czech verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel)
  • Higher education
  • Standard computer skills (including MS Office)
  • IT literate and a fast learner
  • Experience in customer service in medical industry and SAP skill will be an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Likes to work both independently and in a team.
