About the Role:

 

Apply Engineering to improve Product Quality, Customer Service and reduce Costs by optimizing current Manufacturing Equipment or managing new Equipment Development Projects.

 

 

 

Your Responsibilities Include:

 

 

 

  • Demonstrate basic technical knowledge to innovate, develop and/or support processes, procedures, tooling, automation, and equipment improvements in the manufacturing environment.
  • Support manufacturing equipment reliability, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create and understand technical documentation related to engineering disciplines (e.g., specifications, validations, protocols, technical manuals, CAD models, schematics, equipment drawings, and BOMs).
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret equipment and manufacturing data to identify trends, improve equipment uptime, and support operational decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.
  • Participate in problem-solving teams and structured root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Learn and apply Project Management tools to ensure Equipment Projects meet performance, schedule, quality, and cost requirements.
  • Support equipment qualification, validation, installation, startup, relocation, training, and sustaining activities associated with manufacturing operations and product transfers..
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify, communicate, and help resolve obstacles that impact Equipment Project execution and operational performance.
  • Support maintenance optimization activities through data analysis.

 

 

 

What We're Looking For:

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
  • English Level desired: B2 (70%-79%) or higher.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving tools.

 

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

 

  • Experience through internships, university projects, co-op programs, or manufacturing engineering assignments.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar analytical tools.
  • ·Knowledge of spare parts management, inventory control, and critical spare identification for manufacturing equipment.
  • Desired knowledge in Automation Technologies (Robotics, PLCs, Vision Systems, Motion Control, Sensors, and Industrial Automation).
  • Knowledge of Equipment Design, Equipment Maintenance, and Manufacturing Processes.
  • Knowledge of engineering and analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, Minitab, CAD Software (2D & 3D), and technical documentation systems.
  • Experience supporting automation, equipment optimization, or manufacturing improvement projects.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement concepts.
  • Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
