About the role
Provides strategic and operational support for facility services, ensuring efficient, safe, and sustainable operations across the site.
This includes the management and continuous improvement of cleaning services, cafeteria operations, transportation, pest control, landscaping, and building maintenance.
Responsible for coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to guarantee service quality, cost efficiency, compliance with company standards, and alignment with corporate sustainability and safety goals.
Your responsibilities include:
- Plan, direct, and oversee the daily operations of facility services, including cleaning, cafeteria, transportation, pest control, landscaping, and building maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage contracts, budgets, and supplier relationships to ensure cost control and high service standards.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Oversee the coordination and scheduling of transportation services for employees and materials.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of facilities, promoting safe and healthy work environments.
- Manage pest control programs and landscaping activities to maintain an optimal physical environment.
- Supervise cafeteria operations, ensuring food safety, quality, and service efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, sustainability initiatives, and resource optimization across all facility services.
- Prepare and present management reports on service performance, budget execution, and improvement projects.
- Coordinate internal audits, inspections, and compliance reviews related to facilities operations and supplier performance.
- In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
- For those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable:
- Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
- Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or Business Administration.
- English Level required: C1:(80-90%).
- At Least 7-8 years of experience leading a large team/organization
- Desired knowledge: management and continuous improvement of cleaning services, cafeteria operations, transportation, pest control, landscaping, and building maintenance.
- Competencies: Developing others, Strategic Thinking, Influence, Courage, Communication, Relationship Building, Innovation.
- Preferred Experience in the Medical Device Industry
- Preferred previous experience in large Industrie Services
