About the Role:
The CIS Jr Investigator is responsible for executing product complaint investigations under general supervision, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate procedures, and quality standards.
This role emphasizes accurate execution, development of technical competencies, and contribution to operational excellence through timely documentation and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute product complaint investigations, including analysis and documentation, following established procedures.
- Conduct product analysis using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and digital multimeters (DMMs).
- Maintain accurate and complete technical records within applicable systems.
- Ensure adherence to quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure documentation integrity.
- Escalate non-standard or unusual issues appropriately.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and assigned projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Technical diploma CONCLUDED (Electronics / Mechanical / Production / Quality or related field)
- English level 70% minimum
- Basic knowledge of complaint investigation processes.
- Familiarity with fundamental problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to document technical information accurately.
- Basic experience with measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, DMMs).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, or similar).
- Exposure to quality systems and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of statistical or analytical methods.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
