Process / Quality Engineer

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a Process / Quality Engineer to support our manufacturing and new product development teams. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our products consistently meet the highest quality standards while driving continuous improvement across processes.

What You’ll Do

As a Process / Quality Engineer, you will:

• Drive quality excellence by identifying and resolving manufacturing defects, nonconforming materials, and customer complaints
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
• Support product quality plans by reviewing specifications, procedures, and quality systems
• Monitor and improve processes to reduce variation and increase efficiency
• Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support new product introduction (NPI/NPD) and ensure smooth transfer into manufacturing
• Participate in process and equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Review and interpret technical documents, drawings, and protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, R&D, and Suppliers
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, cGMPs, and internal procedures
• Support investigations and documentation (CAPAs, failure analysis, complaints)
• Assist in supplier quality activities, including sampling plans and inspections

What Success Looks Like:

You are proactively preventing issues, resolving problems efficiently, and helping ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related field)
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or supplier quality engineering
• Leadership or project ownership experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the medical device industry
• Experience supporting new product development (NPD)
