About the Role:
The Sr Quality Supervisor leads a team of investigators responsible for complaint handling, post-market surveillance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures high-quality investigation outcomes, compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, and fosters team engagement and professional development. The position provides technical guidance, develops team capabilities, and contributes to departmental and divisional objectives while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise investigators and monitor performance metrics.
- Lead productivity checkpoint meetings to maintain performance and backlog targets.
- Schedule and facilitate weekly team meetings, including communication of organizational updates and priorities.
- Lead and coach direct reports through regular one-on-one meetings, providing feedback, documenting action plans, and monitoring performance objectives.
- Drive engagement and promote an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
- Approve investigations and ensure complaint backlog remains within established targets.
- Lead assigned monthly complaint signal evaluations (SEF) across multiple products, providing independent review, trend analysis, and risk assessment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on complaint investigations, analysis techniques, and regulatory expectations.
- Lead CAPA, NCEP, and complaint-related compliance activities.
- Lead complaint reduction initiatives, PMQA projects, divisional objectives, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- English proficiency: B2–B2+.
- Experience leading teams and achieving results through others.
- Knowledge of complaint handling, post-market surveillance, and regulated quality systems.
- Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing quality performance of product portfolio.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management and continuous improvement expertise.
- Experience supporting departmental quality strategy and compliance programs.
