About the Role

Lead and manage the Complaint Investigation Site (CIS) team supporting Neuromodulation products. This role is responsible for driving high-quality complaint investigations, regulatory compliance, operational performance, and continuous improvement, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team aligned with Post Market Quality objectives.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Lead, coach and develop the Neuromodulation CIS team, ensuring consistent performance across productivity, quality, cycle time, First Pass Yield and WIP management.Oversee end-to-end complaint investigation activities, ensuring high-quality investigations, clear technical write-ups, accurate coding and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.Participate in and/or support Product Complaint Trend Analysis Reviews, SER, CRB and Product Performance Reviews, providing investigation insights, data analysis and ownership of assigned actions.Serve as a subject matter expert in complaint investigations, post-market processes and risk management related to Neuromodulation products.Act as a key liaison with cross-functional partners including PMQA, Medical Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, R&D, Operations, AQM and Device Tracking to support adverse event evaluation and signal management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives through OPEX, VIPs, Kaizen events and structured problem-solving activities to improve investigation quality, reduce cycle time and optimize CIS processes.Lead or support the development and use of data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI dashboards, metrics and automation) to enable data-driven performance monitoring and decision making.Ensure audit readiness and compliance by supporting internal and external audits, maintaining zero overdue trainings, timely closure of quality actions and adherence to applicable procedures.Promote an inclusive, respectful and psychologically safe work environment, advocating for employee well-being, engagement and diversity.Establish effective communication and performance management routines, including regular 1:1s, staff meetings, feedback and talent development discussions.Lead or actively participate in divisional or global Post Market Quality projects related to Neuromodulation CIS, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Electronic, Biotechnology, Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in complaint investigations, post-market quality or a regulated medical device environment.Proven experience leading or mentoring technical teams.Strong knowledge of complaint investigation processes, risk management, NCEP/CAPA, SER/CRB and post-market surveillance requirements.Analytical and reporting skills (e.g., Power BI, Excel).English proficiency: 80–89% or higher.Minimum of 1 year in current role and most recent performance rating of “Meets Expectations” or “Exceeds Expectations,” or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
