About the Role:
Apply Engineering to improve Product Quality, Customer Service and reduce Costs by optimizing current Manufacturing Equipment or managing new Equipment Development Projects and Transfer.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Provide technical knowledge to innovate, develop and/or support processes, procedures, automation in the manufacturing process.
- Create and understand documentation as it relates to technical discipline (e.g., specifications, validations, technical manuals, and equipment electrical drawings/BOM’s).
- Lead problem solving teams using BSC Engineering Essentials Tools.
- Support sustaining troubleshooting related to automatization issues.
- Apply Project Management Tools to effectively ensure that Equipment Projects meet overall performance, schedule and cost requirements.
- Demonstrate an ability to manage multiple complex projects.
- Understand how equipment projects positively impact on the elements of product cost.
- Actively participates in cross-functional business improvement opportunities.
- Communicate frequently and effectively with Equipment Project sponsors, clients and stakeholders.
- Provide Technical Knowledge for automatization project implemented.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licenciature degree in Electromechanical, Electronic, Mecatronic, Maintenance or related automatization field.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- At least 2 years of experience in automatization.
- English Level desired: 80% - 89%.
- Desired knowledge: Automation Technologies (Robotics, PLC, Vision, Motion, Sensing, etc).
