Take ownership of the entire web application development lifecycle, from conception to deployment, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Technically lead a team of developers and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications.

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance responsive web applications.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and ensure the team's code follows good coding practices and cybersecurity standards.
• Work closely with different stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to web applications, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
• Create and maintain technical documentation needed as per the medical industry standards.

Required skills:

• 10+ years of overall industry experience
• 4+ years of lead developer experience
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
• Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Mobile applications development (Android or IOS)
• Strong experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Knowledge of web application security principles and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders

Preferred experience:

• Experience with serverless architectures and microservices
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (scrum, kanban)
• Previous experience in DevOps or working closely with DevOps teams
• Some exposure to medical device Industry and quality management system
• Security testing and tools experience (Jira, Windchill)
