About the role:
As a member of the Global Logistics Center of Excellence team, the Associate Project Manager will support and lead projects, focusing on the implementation of the Network 2026 Ideal Product Flow program. This individual will work directly with cross-functional teams across multiple BSC sites to implement projects, primarily supporting Finished Good packaging operations within the Distribution Production group. Project scope and size will vary from small to large and will often support sub-projects within larger initiatives.

The role will be hybrid based out of our Distribution Center in Quincy MA. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time. 
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicates effectively across project teams.  Listens actively and encourages the open exchange of ideas and opinions. Manages stakeholder communication through project updates.
• Models and promotes collaboration and works effectively with others across the project team, and broader organization to achieve goals.
• Ability to create a project plan with prioritized initiatives that align with project goals.
• Drives results by acting with speed and agility, while integrating and aligning efforts across sites and functions, to meet project goals and objectives.
• Takes responsibility for project execution and leads project team to meet or exceed commitments on product quality, budget, and timeline. Influences cross-functional team to deliver successful outcomes.
• Tackles challenges and engages with team members to develop effective solutions as project needs require. Demonstrates strong critical thinking and analysis skills to identify areas of opportunity or risk and implement appropriate responses. 
• Manages the technical challenges of manufacturing transfers and new-product introductions; identifies, communicates, and manages risk

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in STEM, Business, or Project Management 
• 4+ years of relevant experience leading projects 
• Small and large cross-functional project team experience
• Ability to problem solve and execute within project timelines 
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Must be willing and able to travel, sometimes internationally, ~10% of the time

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with implementing projects within a production/manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, organization, and execution skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships within project teams
• Leads courageously by confronting problems directly; moves forward optimistically under conditions of uncertainty

Maximum Salary: $164500

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
