Business Process Analyst II


The Business Process Analyst II position is a 2 year defined term.

About the Role:


The Business Process Analysts are the drivers behind our continued growth and success.  They partner with Operations, Customer Service, Quality and Manufacturing to analyze and improve work processes utilizing systems and services.   

We are currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help guide our organization into the future. The ideal candidate will have a passion for researching, documenting technical opportunities, identifying, and resolving system issues.  The Business Process Analyst will partner with Stakeholders and IT to interpret business objectives and translate them into user stories and workable technology solutions.

Your Responsibilities Include:

•    Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
•    Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
•    Understand application interfaces to assist in development and production support
•    Elicit User Requirements and translate into Business User Stories with “Who, What, Why” acceptance criteria.
•    Utilize Critical Thinking to develop and document test cases and scripts to challenge the system and ensure acceptance criteria is met.
•    Execute and document acceptance testing, end to end testing, report test results, bug reports, and drive resolution of defects.
•    Triage User Issues to provide guidance and resolve issues


What We're Looking For:


Required Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    2 years of proven Business Process Analyst experience
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of tools, including Visio
•    SAP experience
•    Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
•    Self -disciplined and results oriented with the ability to meet or exceed deadlines
•    Adaptable to changing situations and priorities
•    Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
•    Collaborative team member with the ability to be an individually creative and innovative thinker
•    Practical experience generating and refining process documentation
•    Experience performing hands on end user support and testing

•    Supply Chain Logistics
•    S4HANA
•    Order to Cash
•    Inventory management
•    Manufacturing
•    BDC/LSMW macros
•    Table and reporting queries 
•    Familiar with working in a regulated environment
•    Business Analyst Certification
