About the role
Performs mostly non-routine assignments requiring basic interpretation of established procedures. Assignments require broad judgment in troubleshooting proven processes as well as the ability to suggest alternatives.
Limited supervision. Receives no appreciable instruction on routine work and general instructions on new assignments.
A scorecard system is in place to monitor and evaluate each individual agent as to how well they are performing and how well they compare to their peers. Errors are a part of the scoring which has a direct impact to overall performance.
Contacts are frequent with individuals representing external and internal customers. Contacts involve obtaining or providing information or data on matters of moderate importance to the function of the department or which may be of sensitive nature.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- This position is responsible to maintain the quality and integrity of the data loaded into our ERP System (SAP). The areas of focus include, but are not limited to, the following: Customer Master, Material Master, Sales and Product Hierarchy and Drug Licensing. This position is responsible for creating inter-company orders such as Stock Transport Orders (STOs) and scheduling agreements to domestic and international distribution centers. This position creates orders for product shipping to vendors and companies that acquired divested product lines or businesses. The position also provides coverage for all functions within core and support customer service as needed.
- Maintains Sold-to, Ship-to, Bill-to and Payer information in SAP.
- Maintains the Chain status (aka sales status) of each product in SAP in conjunction with Marketing per the direction of the business unit.
- Creates and maintains material and/or customer specific pop-up boxes that aid CSRs in entering transactions accurately and efficiently. Monitor the Pop-up Boxes email box for issues/corrections/suggestions from Customer Service (CS).
- Maintains the Limited Release Status and limited release table as requested by the business unit.
- Maintains Sales Representatives in SAP. Works with Sales Operations and Information Systems (IS) to execute alignments/re-alignments to Sales Territories accurately and timely
- Maintains global product hierarchy – Work closely with Marketing Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Supply Chain and Domestic Finance to assign/maintain the Product Hierarchy for all materials in SAP.
- Processes and verifies drug licensing for our customers to receive BSC products that contain dispensable drugs.
- Enters and modifies scheduling agreements
- Processes inter-company and international orders and addresses any issues as required.
- Updates shelf life table for specific UPN(s) for a designated country/customer.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 7 years of experience
- Strong customer service/communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work with limited supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Extensive BSC Customer Service experience with BSC customer service support functions preferred.
- Applies thorough knowledge of business concepts, procedures and practices, and a complete understanding of fundamentals in a functional area, and working knowledge of other related disciplines.
