Required Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, and Industrial Engineering.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
· Must be able to commit to program dates May 27th - August 15th, 2025.
· Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered).
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools to analyze and present quality system metrics.
· Strong technical writing skills.
· Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively and positively influence team dynamics.
· Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to navigate shifting demands with a flexible and resilient approach.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $58,448 to $72,800, plus variable compensation governed by Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
