EMEA Talent Management process & OD Manager

Purpose Statement:

As the EMEA Talent Management process & Organizational design Manager, you will develop, adapt, and execute talent management processes of ongoing performance management and succession planning. As OD expert, you will support the design and architecture of the organization/s aligned with respective business vision and goals.

You will focus on the future of the organization by developing EMEA Key Talent, delivering Talent programs for this group, provide a framework for individual career management and coach senior leaders on their career development. Your knowledge and understanding of individual top talent and leadership teams will support building talent capabilities to optimize the growth of our business.

This role will work closely with the other EMEA Talent Managers (Talent Acquisition, Coaching and Culture Manager, and Talent Development) to help identify potential talent to fill succession planning gaps, design, to develop and facilitate talent development programs and initiatives and to support organization effectiveness and Strategic Workforce Planning. The role will work closely with the global Enterprise Talent Management team to ensure alignment, consistency and efficiency around all related talent processes, development initiatives and programs.


Key Responsibilities:

Provides strategies and direction to embed High Performing Culture

TM processes:

  • Prepare and execute the annual Succession Planning & Talent Reviews processes on a country, divisional/ functional and regional level
  • Work closely with Data, Analytics & Insight COEs to gather a meaningful comprehensive understanding of relevant data and to support Talent Management, HR and Business Strategy
  • Provide support /consultation to the EMEA HR Leadership Team as well as to Country HR Leads in the delivery of divisional and local Talent reviews.


Performance Management

  • Drive all activities associated with the Performance Management cycle (i.e., goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, performance rating calibration, development planning, feedback culture)
  • Provide support on performance management process to EMEA Sr. Leadership Team & HR Leadership Team that includes, but is not limited to, training, development and overall communication and awareness process.


Organizational Design

  • Provide strategic recommendations, process enablement, and change management to ensure continual organization effectiveness and business transformation, including building of future capabilities
  • Support organizational transformation projects at the global, regional and divisional/functional and country levels together with HR Business Partners and Business leaders


Key talents development and career management

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver senior Key Talent Programs (Key Talent Forum and Alumni Group). Ensuring quality and consistency of assigned talent programs to create state of the art, meaningful talent development pathways and position BSCI EMEA as an employer of choice within our internal and external talent target group.
  • Support Key Talent Group members on their career progression by conducting regular career conversation, by supporting the design for Individual Development Plans in partnership with the HRBP.
  • Lead and manage the execution of all Key Talent coaching and mentoring to ensure great development experience.


Profile Requirements:

  • Knowledge of operational as well as strategic Talent Management cycles and processes – succession planning, talent reviews, talent data analytics & scorecards, strategic workforce planning, performance management,
  • Demonstrated skills in Organizational Design preferably in the context of important transformation projects. Relevant qualification as agile coach or experience with facilitation of customer centric methods (Scrum, Design Thinking, Customer Journey etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Strong and adaptable communication and facilitation skills to serve different customer groups in a diverse environment to provide great customer experience
  • A relevant coaching certification and experience would be preferred. If not provided, the willingness to take part in internal coaching qualifications such as 360° Feedback, Coaching Manager, Insights Discovery, Myers Briggs, StrengthsFinder etc.
  • The role will ideally be located in one of the main hub locations (Paris, London, Düsseldorf, Madrid, Milan, Kerkrade, Warsaw)


Depending on your current seniority level this role can be positioned at a MAN I or MAN II level.
