Account Manager – Western & Southern KSA Region based in Jeddah
 

 

About the Role 

 
The Account Manager (AM) provides day to day account management and clinical product support and education for the assigned accounts at a territory or regional level. With mainly supporting KSA, Western & Southern region. Work is driven by the AM’s setting objectives to leverage opportunities to drive sales growth for their product portfolio, in conjunction with their manager and in line with Boston Scientific (BSC) Urology divisional strategy. For some specific procedures the AM will provide product use training and advice, according to the Directions for Use (DFU), during a procedure. The AM is responsible for sales contract compliance and delivering the target sales revenue, availability of BSC products at account level, identifying/selling the next cases and providing product training and education at an account level. 
   
Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for specific customer segments by identifying commercial opportunities in the region. 

  • Contributes to the development of annual strategic plan by providing NSM and Marketing with detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope. 

  • Develops the stakeholder map, defines touchpoints and action plan for each of them and ensures account information are timely updated into systems. 

  • Builds and maintains relationships with economic stakeholders, clinical KOL, promoting Health Economics arguments and engaging decision-makers to discuss commercial programs and solutions. 

  • Supports clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunity deriving from clinical support; performs, with the guidance of RSM, clinical selling based on clinical support information. 

  • Based on interactions with KOLs, clinical and economic stakeholders and clinical support, gathers information about next tenders and negotiation opportunities. 

  • Working in conformance with the Boston Scientific corporate guidelines, processes, and procedures. 

 
What are we looking for in you: 

  • Industry experience within commercial sales of Medical Devices or Medical Technology   

  • Proactive and innovative team member that thrives working autonomously.  

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. 

  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Comfortable working in a (80% Market filed presence) and (20% office work) with a passion for travel. 

  • A degree qualification within a relevant scientific subject, or nursing or healthcare qualification is beneficial.
