About the Role:
- We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, with 3-4 years of experience in Sales field (Vascular and Peripheral Intervention is preferred)
- Has experience with MOH , MOD and private accounts in central region.
- Our current sales team consists of 13 highly skilled members who stand out for their close and effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for specific customer segments by identifying commercial opportunities in the region.
- Contributes to the development of annual strategic plan by providing RSM, NSM, BUM and Marketing with detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope.
- Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Analyzing market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prioritizing accounts and identifying high-potential opportunities.
- Track sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase product adoption and utilization.
- Develops the stakeholder map, defines touchpoints and action plan for each of them and ensures account information are timely updated into systems.
- Builds and maintains relationships with economic stakeholders, clinical KOL, including physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrators. promoting Health Economics arguments and engaging decision-makers to discuss commercial programs and solutions.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Supports clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunity deriving from clinical support; performs, with the guidance of RSM, clinical selling based on clinical support information.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's peripheral intervention products, including their features, benefits, and clinical applications.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations, in-services, and training to customers on the safe and effective use of devices.
- Educate customers on the latest clinical data and best practices in peripheral intervention.
- Stay up-to-date on new product launches and advancements in the field.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, clinical support, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve sales goals.
- Based on interactions with KOLs, clinical and economic stakeholders and clinical support, gathers information about next tenders and negotiation opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and expenses in the company's CRM system.
- Working in conformance with the Boston Scientific corporate guidelines, processes, and procedures.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Successfully completed studies in medical science or similar relevant education.
- 3-4 years of experience as Account Manager, Product Specialist in medical companies.
- Strong customers orientate.
- Good English skills.
- Able to work in a multi-functional and multicultural environment.
