As a Logistics Operations Coordinator Intern (Tamheer) based in Jeddah, you will support daily logistics and warehouse operations while gaining hands-on experience in a global healthcare environment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to operational excellence, improve inventory accuracy, and support processes that ultimately impact patient care. You will work cross-functionally with logistics, warehouse and customer care teams while developing foundational skills in supply chain operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

● Coordinate daily operational workflows and follow up on logistics activities

● Manage stock movements, inventory transactions and SAP adjustments

● Monitor and resolve discrepancies between SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS)

● Track quality notifications (QNs), quarantines, damages and recalls, ensuring accurate documentation

● Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy tracking and reporting

● Create stock transport orders (STOs) and coordinate inter-distribution center shipments

● Maintain write-off and write-on records and support scrap processes

● Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and customer care teams to ensure smooth operations

● Maintain operational trackers and prepare daily and weekly reports

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

● Eligible for the Tamheer program

● Registered in TAQAT

● Not currently registered in GOSI

● No prior participation in the Tamheer program

● Fluent in English, both written and spoken

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn

● Passion for contributing to improvements that impact patient lives

Preferred qualifications:

● Basic knowledge of supply chain or logistics operations

● Familiarity with SAP or similar systems
