Boston Scientific’s Healthcare Solutions & Partnerships (HS&P) team helps healthcare providers improve patient access and operational efficiency.  

 

About the role: 

 

Successfully cooperate with defined Boston Scientific teams and customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of key project targets, including data-analytics, structured communications, digital platform support and other project deliverables. Facilitate project delivery plans and build targeted plans for workstreams that you will support. Develop your use and expertise in applying various solution delivery tools. 

 

Your Responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Support of the Healthcare Solutions & Partnerships Team in setting up and implementing strategic customer projects in the areas of process optimization; therapy advisory solutions;  digital implementation and its support. This will include:  

  • Analysis and insight into the review, preparation and assessment of customer data   

  • Support the facilitation of customer interviews, workshops and communications  

  • Accompany senior Solution Partners on customer site visits to observe hospital workflows and identify value-driven opportunities 

  • Support testing, configuration and set-up of digital tools and digital platform support 

  • Collaborate with local project teams in development of customer deliverables. Review progress and expose findings to varied stakeholders including customer and BSC leadership.  

  • Active participation in all project delivery activities including customer sessions, leadership reviews and other meetings  

  • Support the development of project standard tools and sharing learning experiences across HS&P community   

  • Track and report project performance against agreed objectives (throughput, access, efficiency, savings, satisfaction) 

 

What we're looking for in you? 

  • Life Sciences, biomedical engineers, information systems or Business background 

  • Mindset: A strong "hunger to learn" and the ability to balance methodological rigor with a pragmatic, customer-focused approach 

  • Tech-Savvy: High comfort level with digital tools, workflow software, and data visualization. 

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package with strong preference for proficiency in at least one database/analytics software package (eg Tableau, Power BI)  

  • Fluency in English  

  • Willing to engage flexibly across numerous, varied projects in several geographies.   

  • Flexibility: willingness to travel  as well as providing support remotely   

  • Well-organised with attention to details 

  • Creativity: supporting development of solutions for diverse customer challenges  

 

Nice to Have 

  • Introductory knowledge of Lean Management or Six Sigma principles
